Calling Cybersleuths

I am calling all cybersleuths and the public for help discovering and investigating fraudulent claims for USDA farm subsidies.
The House version of the Farm Bill 2012 known as H.R. 6083 repeals Direct Payments and Counter-Cyclical Payments effective 2013. Hutterite colonies receive these types of farm subsidy payments along with Conservation Payments and Disaster Payments.
The House version of the Farm Bill 2012, Title I, Subtitle A, Section 1107. Farm Risk Management Election, sets up farm subsidy payments called Price Loss Coverage and Revenue Loss Coverage for producers with more than 10 planted acres of covered commodities, effective 2013-2017. The Senate version of the Farm Bill 2012, Title I, Subtitle A, Section 1105. Agriculture Risk Coverage, authorizes agriculture risk coverage payments as the farm subsidy payments Price Loss Coverage and Revenue Loss Coverage set up in the House version of the Farm Bill 2012.
The Farm Bill 2012 is setting up farm subsidies for eligible producers effective 2013-2017 but from all of the Farm Bill 2012 text material I have reviewed I have not found a solution to the problem of farm subsidies for a tax-exempt nonprofit [religious] organization.
